- Upload or process any file that contains illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or attack the service infrastructure

4. File Ownership & Responsibility
You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading files, you confirm that you have the right to process them. PDFKill does not claim any ownership over your documents. Files are deleted immediately after processing and are never reviewed by any human.
5. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PDFKill does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Always keep a backup of important documents before processing.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDFKill SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or loss of business revenue.
